Find a nearby station and either undock your bike with a membership key or sign up at the kiosk for casual access. The light will turn amber while the key is checked. Wait for the green light then remove your key and bike within 15 seconds.

Step 2 - 

Ride

Check that your bike is roadworthy and adjust the seat height. Take as many 30 minute short rides as you want while your pass or membership is active.

Dock

Return your bike to any station. Push the front wheel firmly into any docking point and wait for the green light on the dock to make sure it's locked and your bike is secured.*

* Important information: If you fail to return your bike to a dock within 24 hours of hiring you are liable for a $500 charge. Make sure the green light turns on when returning a bike. A bike that is not secured properly is your responsibility. If you have trouble locking your bike, try another dock, or call customer service on 1300 711 590. If your bike needs repair, just dock your bike at a station and notify us by pushing the red maintenance button on the dock.
